SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Dato’ Sri Zulkifli bin Abdullah is currently the Commissioner of Police (CP), Director of Management in the Royal Malaysia Police, Bukit Aman.
He began his 32 years of public service in 1984 as a cadet Assistant Superintendant Police (ASP), and was immediately promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendant Police (ASP). He went through several promotions and prior to his current role, he was the Commissioner of Police, Department of Strategic Resources and Technology (formerly known as Department of Logistics) until 2015.
He has held various key positions such as Senior Assistant Commissioner Police I (SAC I), Kelantan State Police Chief (2005); Deputy Commissioner Police (DCP), Perak State Police Chief (2007) and Deputy Commissioner Police (DCP), Kuala Lumpur State Police Chief (2010), before becoming the Commissioner of Police (CP). He has also been conferred several title awards from state and federal throughout his career in the Royal Malaysia Police, with the most recent, the Panglima Jasa Negara (PJN) in September 2016.
